MISSION & VISION
MABLE strives to create a union of black law enforcement officers and civilian personnel from throughout Chicago, Cook County, Suburban, and state of Illinois agencies, for the purpose of gaining strength and power through numbers, to address unfair, unequal, and unjust treatment of black officers and civilian employees with regards to upward mobility and unfair discipline that traditional unions routinely ignore.
